For this reason, do not forget to bring an index with a stamp confirming enrollment in the course or a study certificate for the current academic year issued by the study department (e.g. when enrolling in the course) and an ID card to verify your identity.

First issuance of an ISIC card:
With the completed, printed and signed application for the issuance of an ISIC card, visit the ISIC workplace, Košťova 1. At this workplace, a photograph will be taken of you, which, together with the data from your application, will be sent to the card manufacturer and entered into the TransCard international register, which every participant works with organization (especially carriers) here and abroad. A fee is also payable at the workplace according to the current card price list.

ISIC card extension:
With the completed, printed and signed application for the extension of the ISIC card, visit the ISIC office, Košťova 1, where you will also pay the fee for the extension according to the current card price list. You will then receive an extension sticker, which you need to stick on the back of the card and activate the card in the terminals for the new academic year.

Repair / loss of ISIC card:
Alternatively, technical deficiencies, malfunctions or consult the ISIC department if you lose your ISIC card. The creation of a duplicate card will be carried out according to the result of the complaint procedure in accordance with the valid ISIC card price list.
